  • Vulnerability: The Art of Shadow Work Through Storytelling

A 90-minute workshop on reframing the stories we’re afraid make us unlovable.

We all have things we hide—behaviors, moments, parts of ourselves we’ve been taught to be ashamed of. This workshop uses storytelling as shadow work: taking the things we fear define us and rewriting them from an empowered place.

This isn’t about trauma dumping or shocking people. It’s about finding the stories you’ve processed enough to own—the ones that give you a tightening in your stomach, not a sinking feeling—and learning to tell them in a way that makes you more human, not less.

You’ll learn the difference between vulnerability that connects and vulnerability that pushes people away. You’ll write. You’ll share (if you want). You’ll leave with a draft of a story you can tell at a party, at an open mic, or just to yourself when the shame creeps in.

  • Outgoing Boundaries Masterclass

Boundaries are a building block of relationships—the most confusing thing for autistic people.

There’s a lot of focus on our own boundaries: knowing when people cross our lines, learning to say no. But we don’t talk as much about our impact on others. As autistic people, we’re not always great at knowing what others are thinking or feeling—and we don’t always know when we’ve stepped on someone.

This ninety-minute class covers the theory of mind and its intersection with outgoing boundaries.
